The "Site" will able you to link to other websites that our not under our control, when linking to other websites you do so at your own risk.
Members of Unitedhero.com are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and shall not give permission to anyone for account access.

Unitedhero.com will not be responsible or liable for any lost revenue or damaged product information or disputes between product purchasers and product creators or any other third parties. Unitedhero.com will not be liable for any actions of the membership, for what we provide is a tool or service to be used responsibly.

Unitedhero.com does not guarantee performance or fairness of the third party financial transactions, such as Paypal, Amazon payments, Google payments,First Data/ Global Gateway and Bank of America or any other third party. Additionally, because of occasional failures of some credit cards Unitedhero.com does not guarantee the full receipt of the targeted amount.

Unitedhero.com is not responsible for issuing refunds collected by Product Creators they initiate refunds on their own accord.

PAYMENTS AND FEES:

Joining Unitedhero.com membership is free.

We at Unitedhero.com / Harvard's Market charge a small 7% fee, and a 3% to 5% transaction fee from Bank of America, Global GateWay, First Data or any other third party financial entity will be assessed. By using our service you will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. If you do not reach your Goal amount by the time allotted an additional 3% fee will be assessed. If you reach your Goal amount we waive the 3% fee.

All fees are non-refundable if your Product/Project is removed from service. Unitedhero.com will provide a refund if appropriate and at Unitedhero.com discretion.

The user is responsible for taxes and all fees associated with the use of this "Site".
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY;

You shall be fully responsible for any consequences resulting in the use of this "Site". You release Unitedhero.com from all liability or damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of this "Site" including negligence, product liability or otherwise.
